$EFC (already had announced Mar bvps) 15.10 vs 15.05 Q4. "adjusted distributable earnings" of 45c (matching distribution). All sectors of investment portfolio contributed positive EPS (credit the most). This is solid but should be no surprise.

Listened to a bunch of mREIT calls: STWD ABR BRSP LADR BXMT TWO I like the first four…what am I missing on not just buying a bucket of these. They have delevered, dividend coverage, board authorized buybacks, and discounts to book…to quote someone I respect: time will tell
