I am trying to accept the fact that the doomers and nihilists are by and large correct about everything, but seeing everything constantly for myself is not helpful when I have children to worry about. I may not live to see them grow up but I have a responsibility to them.

I have said this before so I don’t mean to sound like I’m just crying wolf, but I will be deleting Twitter pretty soon. Social media is not good for me mentally aside from connection with friends and family I don’t see regularly and no one I talk to regularly is on here actively.

I’m probably not making any sense. All I know is I’m jealous that she gets to not be here and probably not face any eternal consequences bc she was mentally unwell whereas I know I’m not mentally ill enough to escape the consequences of killing myself and I wish I was/could.

Can I be real for a second. I find myself angry with my mom for killing herself bc I also want to kill myself. It’s like, I feel like I’m making some kind of sacrifice by staying alive. Why did she get to say “fuck living” and I don’t really get to??
