@XfinitySupport I would like to speak with a live person. I have been in an endless loop with your chat bot for hours. Every time it rains, my Xfinity WiFi drops for hours or sometimes days. It is not a modem issue. It is your connection to my house.

@StubHub So frustrated and disappointed in @Stubhub. Purchased 4 very expensive tix to Taylor Swift in Warsaw. Delivery date has been pushed back 4x. My order says “paper” tix which I know is not legit. I have no confidence I have purchased real tix:)

@CollegeBoard My twin daughters are rising seniors. We have paid to take the June (cancelled test). I am afraid if they cannot register for an August test date, it will be too late for any early decision or early application colleges. Very concerned and frustrated.
