@GulfAir I booked by travel for family(5 tickets) from AMS to TRV using Gulf Air via FRA for 15th Oct 2022, however GulfAir allowed me to travel from AMS, but from FRA not. SR202299331 was created, but no response after multiple contact centre calls and emails. Is there an SLA?
