You gotta love test cricket! Bangladesh players and @LittonOfficial in particular getting under the skin of Mohd Rizwan. Cricket without tension is like chai without adrak. As long as sledging doesn’t skid into hate and malice as it did during the Asia Cup last year . 🙏

@hvgoenka @BCCI Pathetic pitches and grounds, Short boundaries, Flat tracks, No contest between bat and ball. As a cricket fan, these things have made me stop watching the IPL for 5 years now!

IPL TV viewership reportedly down 26%. @BCCI should take it seriously as IPL has become a batting exhibition instead of a cricket contest. A few fixes: - Balanced pitches where bowlers matter - Rethink the Impact Player rule - Stronger fan engagement by franchises - Better stadium experience: toilets, seating, food, access Cricket is most exciting when there is uncertainty and balance… not just 225 vs 225 every night.

The IPL is losing its charm every year. The first few seasons were absolute madness, but the hype just isn’t there anymore. Like the IPL is literally going on right now, yet not many seem to care. I think people are slowly getting fatigued with the same format, same cycle, and same overkill of matches. It still has huge brand value, but it probably needs to reinvent itself to regain that old craze and cultural buzz.

The Cultural difference between Indians and the white People.. He is Heinrich Klassen, He earns around 30 Crore from IPL every year. He earns around another 8-10 Crores from other Leagues. He is currently in Hyderabad with his Wife and Daughter. Today, he wanted to take his family for a ride and he booked an Auto . He could have easily hired a luxury car for his family but he still chose to travel by auto in 40 Degrees. In India, if someone earns 10 Lakh Per month, He/she will never sit in an auto because that may hurt their Status in the society!!

Open letter to Indians in America. -- Dear brothers and sisters from Bharat: Like I did 37 years ago, you arrived in America with no money but with a good education and cultural heritage from Bharat. You achieved outstanding success. America was good to us. For that we must remain grateful - gratitude is our Bharatiya way. Yet today, a significant number of Americans, may be not the majority but not too far from it either, believe that Indians "take away" American jobs and our success in America was unfairly earned. You may think the next election will fix this, but your choice would be between people who hate our Bharatiya civilisation and people who hate civilisation itself. That is the "hard right" vs "woke left" battle. You are mere bystanders to that conflict. Meanwhile there is one thing that is true now and will be true in the future: the respect Indians command world-wide will substantially depend on the fortunes of India herself. If India remains poor, the woke left will give us moral lectures with pity and the hard right, different moral lectures with scorn ("hellhole") and we must not confuse either with respect. Respect in today's world, along with prosperity and security, comes from one source: a nation's technological prowess. India produces sufficient brain power to achieve that prowess but alas we exported so much of that talent, particularly to America. As we develop that prowess in India, our civilisational strength will assert itself. As difficult as it is for many of you to contemplate this, please come back home. Bharat Mata needs your talent. Our vast youthful population needs the technology leadership you gained over the years to guide them towards prosperity. Let's do it with a missionary zeal. Respectfully Sridhar Vembu

Today, India takes a defining step in its civil nuclear journey, advancing the second stage of its nuclear programme. The indigenously designed and built Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam has attained criticality. This advanced reactor, capable of producing more fuel than it consumes, reflects the depth of our scientific capability and the strength of our engineering enterprise. It is a decisive step towards harnessing our vast thorium reserves in the third stage of the programme. A proud moment for India. Congratulations to our scientists and engineers.

30 years ago today, if you were lucky enough to be watching, you saw something that shouldn't have been possible. People were still drunk on the 1996 World Cup. Still carrying the glow of that win in Lahore, the one that made a tiny island believe it could own the cricket world. Two weeks of celebration before Sanath Jayasuriya walked out to bat in Singapore & decided that mere mortals needed new numbers to chase. He reached his fifty in 32 balls. Fast, sure, but we'd seen fast before. Then he reached a hundred in 48 balls. Before that afternoon, no one, who'd swung a heavy bat in anger; had reached three figures in less than 60 balls in ODIs. Sanath did it in 48. And he wasn't done. At one point; he was batting at 134 from 58 balls. 84 runs scored in 26 balls. Even in 2026, with all our T20 finishing schools & shrinking boundary ropes, that sequence still sounds like fiction in ODIs. 11 sixes, First time anyone had cleared the rope 10 times in a one-day innings. The ground in Singapore wasn't big enough to hold what he was doing. The game itself wasn't big enough. You'd think that would be enough for one lifetime. One week, even. But Sanath was playing a different sport than the rest of the world. Just one game later, he made a fifty in 17 balls. The fastest ever. 3 weeks after a World Cup victory, he held the records for fastest fifty & fastest hundred in the same breath. We didn't know it then, but we were watching the future arrive early. The openers who came after; Sehwag, Gilchrist, the whole thundering herd, they were all running down a path that Sanath hacked through the jungle that day in Singapore.

Dr. Sivaranjani got a court case! For 8 years, Dr Sivaranjani has been raising concerns about fake ORS! Last week she got a court case from one such company. Companies in India spend crores on lawyers and Bollywood celebrities. Imagine if they instead spent on good quality ingredients as well? This is not just a court case on Dr. Sivaranjani, this is also an attack on freedom of speech. Companies should remember that Freedom of Speech allows Freedom to Criticize. Share this video to support @dr_sivaranjani and help this reach more Indians.
