@VerizonSupport Yes. It tries to connect and then I get the exclamation mark type icon that shows it isn't connected.

@VerizonSupport Connectivity. The internet light will not go on on my modem. I have rebooted multiple times. This has happened before, and when reboot doesn't work, it has always been an issue in the area. Maybe this is different this time, but I'm going to wait awhile.
