@DandG_Support @DandG_Support I'd appreciate a response here, as I am absolutely furious about your complete shambles of customer support and am not prepared to spend another hour of my life trying to sort out what is really a trivial and readily resolved issue.

@DandG_Support provide the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I have had a broken dishwasher since August and 7 separate engineer visits which have failed to fix it.

@DandG_Support @DandG_Support I will be cancelling my plan as soon as possible. I would urge anyone considering a D&G service plan to think again, and just contribute to destroying the climate by replacing their device with a new one instead. Unless you want 3 months of hassle.

@DandG_Support @DandG_Support engineers tell me that D&G won't write off dishwashers, even hopeless cases as mine appears to be; D&G tell me it's up to the engineers to make that decision (hence the comment about liars).

@DandG_Support @DandG_Support Equinox were supposed to contact me within one working day, and didn't. I rang them this morning, was on hold for 20 minutes, then was told by their operator that they don't repair dishwashers. So now I have to talk to D&G again.

@DandG_Support On Thursday, I called Electrical Logistics (one of their suppliers), who passed me to Pacifica (another supplier), who passed me to @DandG_Support, who passed me back to Pacifica, who passed me to Equinox (a third supplier).

@DandG_Support @DandG_Support I am trying to cancel my worthless support contract, for which I have lodged two complaints and been refunded two months' payments for, but was told I would probably have to wait an hour to get through.

@DandG_Support @DandG_support One of their operatives also called one of their service providers "liars" (they record all the phone calls, so can go back and have a listen if you don't believe me).
