@bnfrnkln @WorthingFC Perhaps this answers some questions as if you were able to log into the website at 7pm and got 4 tickets then this probably means that by 8pm when the GO GO GO message went on this forum all the tickets had gone. The sudden surge at 8 clearly crashed the site

The club want to provide an update after many supporters experienced issues when trying to book tickets for Monday’s Promotion Final during the general sale window.

@WorthingFC How can you say tickets WILL be sold out 20 minutes before they were supposed to go on sale. Total shambles!!

Due to a large number of people arriving at the ground for tickets this morning, we can confirm that we will be sold out. Please do not travel to the ground as you will, unfortunately, not be able to get a ticket. We would like to thank all fans for your support and understanding.

@ticketpassHQ Why didn’t you think of the true fans who have booked tickets on your website since the service began and given them priority over people who were using the site for perhaps only the second time. Bad planning!!

🚨 UPDATE 🚨 We’re aware some fans have experienced issues trying to book tickets for the Worthing FC v Braintree Town Play Off this evening. This is due to heavy traffic hitting our site at 8pm. Unfortunately, there weren't enough tickets available to service the demand (1/2)

@WorthingFC Been trying since 8pm but website been crashing all the time I hope all the Johnny come latelys enjoy the day and spare a thought for those of us who have been supporting for 35 years and won’t be there. At least I’ll be there for the first game next season

Due to unprecedented demand, Ticketpass' website crashed shortly after tickets went on sale. However, we can confirm that all available online tickets have now sold out. We would like to thank all supporters for their patience and understanding.
