Great evening at @blackwelloxford for the launch of @hoyer_kat's brilliant new book. She speaks in public, without notes (!), as well as she does on podcasts. I forecast an *even* more stellar career to come. In the meantime, buy the book. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh, what might have been - Gracious in defeat, Tom Watson with Stewart Cink at Turnberry in 2009. Also in the photo, Matteo Manassero the Silver Medallist winner as low amateur. I still remember that day so vividly and but for some adrenaline and a hard bounce from a perfectly struck 8-iron Tom would now have a record-breaking 6 Open Championship victories to his name.

An excellent day at @LudlowRaceClub . On recommendation, i had lunch. Amazing, the best I've had on a UK racecourse. The quality of the food for the racegoers is the same level as the food in o and t. EXACTLY as it should be. Everywhere. As indeed it is in Ireland. Outstanding.
