In our team room we have a row of bricks. On those bricks are the names of every player that has come through our program. Every brick, every name, has a story. I have every recruit select a brick on their visit. I share the story of that particular player. The video below is one that I find myself watching often. It’s a daily reminder to “focus on your vision, not your circumstance” We never forget the ones that came and set the foundation for who we are today!

God is moving! So many kids have grown. It’s not us it’s his word moving through our program. Some come in with zero background, a few come in not knowing what to expect, others come in with a strong foundation. ——— where you fall on the line it doesn’t matter. Keep growing, keep learning, keep building. This is the greatest joy my job brings. Seeing kids grow in all areas. Spiritually-Socially-Mentally-Physically Thank you Lord for the blessings. Your work is unbelievable.
