At this point there is no question in my mind that Robert Kennedy is a captured government asset. He has joined the enemies of medical freedom. The real question is when did they capture him and HOW LONG has he been playing the role of controlled opposition within the medical freedom community? How long has he been manipulating people whose children and loved ones have died from vaccine injury? This is a breathtaking, grotesque betrayal.

Today, I signed a targeted PREP Act declaration to support the development and deployment of medical countermeasures related to Andes virus, which can cause the deadly respiratory illness Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome. This action helps remove barriers to research and response efforts while we continue monitoring the recent outbreak linked to the South Atlantic cruise ship. HHS is taking this situation seriously and will continue working to protect public health and support the safe development of potential treatments and countermeasures.

HOUSE: Speaker Mike Johnson cut a secret deal letting Democrats veto any GOP amendment. Tim Burchett's amendments to the BUILD America 250 Act were all killed on Democrat objection. Republicans control the House on paper. Democrats control it in practice. 🚨 Every Republican present in the House Appropriations Committee last night voted to make THEMSELVES eligible to collect from Trump's $1.8 billion January 6th slush fund. I am not making this up. I introduced an amendment to stop Members of Congress, the President, and the Vice President from collecting a single dollar from Trump’s slush fund unless a court actually orders it. Every single Republican who cast a vote was AGAINST my amendment, making themselves eligible for settlement funds. Members of Congress, the President, and the Vice President, have no business lining their own pockets by claiming they were victims of government weaponization. Trump set up this fund, now MAGA Republicans in Congress are ensuring they all can collect from it. That is exactly the kind of self-dealing corruption the American people are sick of.

May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month, a time to recognize the growing impact of Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses on American families and communities. Lyme disease now affects an estimated 476,000 Americans each year and remains one of the most common vector-borne diseases in the United States. I recently wrote to the House Energy & Commerce Committee urging support for reauthorization of the Kay Hagan Tick Act to strengthen research, surveillance, early detection, treatment, and public awareness efforts related to tick-borne disease. Thank you to Chairman @RepGuthrie, Ranking Member @FrankPallone, and the House Energy & Commerce Committee for advancing this important bipartisan legislation.
