No, but the problem is that system has been captured already for the interest of the leaders of the countries. Since "foreign affairs" means the captured system of study of countries interacting with other countries, and most countries are captured and their leaders don't represent the interests of the majority, then no I don't feel the same way. Or maybe I do, if I'm misunderstanding or not explaining well. What I want is a better representation of humanity, not picked by the warped perspectives, or interests, of a few people. So: select random subsets of humans, and their experiences, and have them interact with the aliens so the aliens get an honest perspective of human life on earth.
