Happy to announce that we’ve launched Disburse Prediction Markets on @arc testnet. It’s a CLOB-based prediction market built for efficient, transparent, and fully collateralized trading. Excited to keep building on Arc and share more updates soon. We’d really appreciate it if @samconnerone, @bobbilee and others could try the MVP and share any feedback. Built on Arc.

Introducing Disburse Prediction Markets. We built a highly efficient hybrid CLOB designed for scalable prediction market trading: Off-chain EIP-712 orders enable gasless price discovery, while on-chain atomic settlement is handled through our Exchange contract. Outcome tokens are issued as ERC-1155 assets and fully collateralized by USDC. Every winning claim also generates a Portable Settlement Proof, providing a verifiable record of settlement. Now live in closed beta on Arc testnet: bet.disburse.online

New UI for payment console @Disburs3 is live. Have you tried it? The console can now generate a cryptographically signed Portable Settlement Proof (PSP), allowing merchants to instantly and independently verify that a payment is final without constantly polling an RPC node. Your transaction can be verified in three different ways without trusting the backend. Don’t have a wallet? No problem. We’ve implemented Dynamic SDK, so you can try Disburse using only your email with an auto-generated embedded wallet. app.disburse.online

Privacy in crypto will win in two forms: 1. Private money — encrypted assets 2. Private computation — encrypted smart contracts The second category is especially important for institutions because each one of them has its own idiosyncratic requirements—bespoke business logic, compliance rules, etc. For them, providing privacy to their users isn’t as simple as just encrypting everything. They need to be able to encode who can see what and under which conditions. That means privacy cannot just be binary. It must be programmable.
