Many fans spent hours in queues, dealt with errors, disappearing seats and had no real chance once general sale started. @Ticketmaster, fans deserve transparency. How were so many tickets already unavailable before public sale? What measures were taken against bots and scalpers? This should have been a moment for real fans, not resellers.
