@yoursimmo11 lol good to know.
No judgements of course.
I do respect that is why I follow you

Every TRT clinic bundles tongkat ali, fadogia agrestis, and tribulus with the prescription.
None of these herbs have a manufacturing chain you can trace.
Sourced from Indonesian and African suppliers, extracted with industrial ethanol or hexane, standardized to wildly variable potencies.
Sold at $50 a bottle with a "clinically dosed" sticker that means nothing because no clinical trial has settled the dosing.
The clinic adds them because they're easy margin. The patient takes them because the prescription gave him permission to feel like he's doing something serious.
The herbs are not the active ingredient. The testosterone is.
TRT doesn't fix anything. It bypasses the system that crashed your testosterone in the first place and hands you a syringe instead of an answer.
I'm convinced that 9 out of 10 men on TRT have terrain that could have been restored. The real case is pathological testes or pituitary dysfunction that won't resolve naturally. Everything else is a man skipping the work.
Stacking 3 herbs the supplier can't name on top of all that isn't a protocol. It's the final stage of avoidance.

@Jacksonsrule Same here.
I’m a millennial as well and I agree with this.
Even though I make a decent salary.
The older I get … I feel I get more lonely
English

Call it a millennial crisis if you want.
But in my 30's, I realized l don't actually want the life I worked so hard for. I don't care about titles. I don't care about climbing anyone else's ladder. I care about time. I care about slow mornings. I care about peace. I care about bare feet at the beach with nowhere to be. I still want to make money.. just not at the cost of my life.

Tax moves most W2 employees are sleeping on in 2026:
→ Max 401k — $24,500 off taxable income
→ HSA contribution — $4,400 off
→ FSA for childcare — $5,000 off
→ Commuter benefits — up to $315/month pre-tax
→ Student loan interest — up to $2,500 off
→ Saver's Credit — up to $1,000 back
→ Backdoor Roth — no income limit
Most W2 employees think only business owners get the good tax moves.
You have more options than you think.

@kunchenguid @GergelyOrosz This is because it is expensive to use ai tools

@GergelyOrosz making a prediction - engineers will be “promoted” to have higher amounts of tokens to use, based on proven track record of delivering ROI
this is just like a junior manager is only allowed to manage a few direct reports, and if they handled that well they get to manage more

Yeah, it's directionally true. Science on neuroplasticity shows self-talk literally reshapes neural pathways—positive inner dialogue strengthens connections for resilience and motivation, while negative ones reinforce stress circuits (backed by fMRI studies on brain connectivity).
Mimicking your ideal self ("act as if") is a proven CBT technique from Alfred Adler onward. Behaving like the person you want to become builds habits and identity over time, turning "fake it" into reality. Consistency is key—not a one-and-done hack.
English

all you have to do to become the person you want to be is mimic your idea of that person.
For all Curious@fascinatingonX
🚨BREAKING: Science confirms that brain cells are influenced by our self-talk.

@Triforcetrader This is insightful.
Personally I think demand for engineers will be flat line to slightly decline.
But we shall see

After listening to four hours of AI podcasts hyping Claude and ChatGPT, I came away thinking this:
The wave of normie retail traders with no coding skills, no backtesting skills, and no real data infrastructure is going to create more market inefficiencies than ever.
And if they still somehow manage to find qualitative edges, human discretionary traders may end up dominating again like they did in the 70s and 80s.
I also think the big tech layoff story is being misunderstood. In the long run, demand for real engineers will likely rise. You cannot vibe-code critical systems at hedge funds or major tech companies. You need people who actually understand architecture, infrastructure, and implementation.
AI is powerful at accelerating known workflows. It is far weaker at genuine originality, creativity, and building what is still unknown.
