Whenever there is a tragedy (that respectable people can't ignore) that involves poor people, a cause small enough for one finger to point to is always sought & usually found. It could be a person, a single policy, a 'mistake.' Conveniently suggesting this is 'outlier' not norm

While dropping off my prescriptions at London Drugs at Woodward's a moment ago, I got the pleasure of meeting who I'm calling the "secret urinator" Dude literally pulled out his package and peed on the counter and floor and just walked away. What. The. Actual. Fuck.
