@ianmiles I’m not taking either side here, but let’s be clear, we don’t know the full story. And if we’re all honest with ourselves, children are extremely brazen and flat out dangerous these day. So while on the surface this may look bad for the woman, there maybe a lot more to this.

Don’t take internet from @excitel_rocks The service is pathetic and after u disconnect the connection and return their device you have to wait for 60 DAYS for your Security Deposit. After 60 days they don’t even refund the amount. And they don’t respond to emails. It’s a #scam
@Iamsanjaygautam@excitel_rocks No. I got a call today and they told me that it is in the process and the date is reflecting as 16th May 2023. I will let you know if I get the refund on 16th of May.
@kaps8976@excitel_rocks This seems to be their general practise. Looks like the company is not doing well and they can not afford to return the security deposit. I’ve never seen any company behave in such a manner.
@Iamsanjaygautam@excitel_rocks If you are not outspoken and you don’t make a huge fuss on social media @excitel_rocks will not refund your money. Post your experience all over social media on different platforms then only they will respond to you. Pathetic company!
@nvpkash@excitel_rocks I agree with you. They are by far the worst company to deal with. You will have to run around a lot just to get back your own money. Totally pathetic and I will ensure none of my friends or family ever take a connection from @excitel_rocks
@varunzzz@excitel_rocks I am facing similar issues. They neither provide good services nor refund your deposit. They are the most anti-customer company I have dealt with.
@excitel_rocks I have never seen any other ISP who are so rigid in the refund process. This is such a huge harassment for customers and I STRONGLY URGE everyone not to take a connection from @excitel_broadband. There are much better ISP’s in the market and it would be better to opt for those.

@excitel_rocks Can you imagine how much of a hassle this is just for Rs. 2000 of my own money. Excitel is purposely making it a very tedious and lengthy process so that customers get discouraged and forget about the refund.
@excitel_rocks I returned the router on 15th of February 2023 and the refund was supposed to be processed on 15th of April 2023 as per their 60 DAYS refund policy. Now I have to wait till 16th May for the refund of Rs. 2000.
