Very bad service form @BlueDart_ No resolution to a missed courier and no escalation matrix on the website as well. Escalation mail mentioned on the website is fake as well.

P.S. Child's birth certificate and Father's Passport have the same address. Also Father's Passport has wife's name endorse.

@passportsevamea Is it mandatory to have mother's passport address same as on the child's birth certificate, in case the father is not accompanying the child and has provided Annexure C as the father is staying abroad ?

No respect for the customer by @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia. Standing for past 1 hour on Hoodi Railway Station for a train with an arrival time of 6.22PM. The train starts at Whitefield which is the preceding station to Hoodi. Yet there was no announcement on Hoodi Platform.
