Many states like Maine, CA, CO and MN are going to CONTINUE to defy the federal government, and to CONTINUE to refuse to follow federal election laws. This is going to reach a crisis long before the November midterms get here. When the same corrupt states that run corrupt elections using known corrupted election systems run on known corrupted election machines being overseen by prove corrupt private contractors in very corrupt counties... ...**insist** they are going to run elections for FEDERAL OFFICES this November, and they're gonna run those elections for FEDERAL OFFICES in their usual CORRUPT MANNER...they are gonna run these elections THEIR way, no matter WHAT the federal government tells them... ...all HELL is gonna break loose when they're told they are NOT going to be allowed to do that. They are going to be told they will either prove they are in compliance with federal election laws or they WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to hold any more elections for federal offices. And when these states take it to SCOTUS in a harebrained attempt to argue very explicitly that THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HOLD ELECTIONS FOR FEDERAL OFFICES AND COUNT THE VOTES IN WHATEVER SLICK-ASS PERSIAN BAZAAR MANNER THEY LIKE, the Supreme Court is going to tell them something they REALLY REALLY DO **NOT** WANT TO HEAR. SCOTUS will tell them: Every election held in the past that was not in compliance with federal election law is null and void, and certainly going forward, any elections you hold for federal offices where you're not following federal election laws are ALSO not legal. And until you demonstrate you are following the law, SCOTUS agrees with the US Attorney General and the head of the DOJ Civil Rights Division: you can start holding elections for your state's federal offices when you have provided evidence you are in full compliance with the federal election laws. I'm thinking we'll be at that point around the end of August.
