I’m pushing 30. Was at the beach and some 18 year old lied and said he was 21. I told him I’m his mother. He wouldn’t go away. I told him I’m basically 30. He said age didn’t matter. He came up to me 3-4 times. And as courageous as he was, to me he was a child. A young boy just starting out. One that was offering himself up to be taken advantage of. Makes me think of all the 60+ year old men “dating” 20 year olds. Makes me think of that 65 year old who was talking to 21 year old me. How do these men do that? How do they look at a literal child and go “wow she’s mature” when i was looking at this 18 year old and thinking of how much younger he is than my younger brother. “She’s a fully grown adult.” And you’re excusing yourself to feel less guilty.

Or we ahoukd show grace to Women who actually go through the pregnancy instead of the men always needing the same benefits. The women's the one who's body and hormones are constantly changing. Plus parents can pick now who gets the maternity leave while the other parent gets so many weeks aswell. If you want to see birth rates go up then women shouldn't be punished for being pregnant

@heavensbvnny It’s not an excuse though. If someone’s not at work they shouldn’t be paid unless they have PTO. Everyone should get the same PTO men should get the same paternity leave. We either extend the time to everyone and give everyone plenty of PTO for life, or people will get spiteful

I'm mostly on about chemo from experience, when my son was in I met quite a few mums who's kids died due to the chemo, one of them who's chemo caused a secondary cancer straight after he was "cured" look into Callie Blackwell and how cannabis saved her child when all the chemo done was cause problems, a second day rare cancer and for him to be days from death

Look at cancer for example, chemo is needed BUT if they introduced cannabis to help with the negative side effects there would be a lot less deaths

Men haven't always appreciated it as before women had a choice, theyd go work their 8hrs, come get dinner then go to pub rest of the night while their women's still working, they never appreciated it which is why women didn't want to do it anymore

@weealexd1 @6igantuar @strbide Men have always appreciated women's housework and raising kids, for example by WORKING HARD TO PROVIDE FOR THEM. But that gets treated like it's nothing and it isn't even worth mentioning even though most mothers would not be able to make the same sacrifice.

I didn't say it's the hardest thing ever but yeah id say looking after 5 kids with little break, still up through the nights etc is harder than a 9-5, not all men work in oil riggs lol, the point should be both are hard and should be appreciated, id much rather work than stay at home all day cooking and cleaning by myself

The point is by her looking after all those kids 24/7, he gets to go out and work, it's hard work looking after so many kids and cooking and cleaning all day so the least women should get us a bit of appreciation. @weealexd1 @6igantuar @strbide You know, by "work" I meant WORK, not caring for your own children, which is something all normal people do naturally and don't want any kind of award or monetary compensation for it. Housework might be tiring but you do it for yourself and your loved ones.
