@chris_kaiju There's also the fact that, of the three Mecha Godzillas, MG2 is used by aliens in its movie. Since the Vortaak are the main villains of this game, the second one would make the most sense.

Two theories about Showa Mechagodzilla being in GDAMM Remaster:
1. There will be alternate skins for the playable Kaiju.
2. Either Pipeworks and/or Toho decided to swap Heisei Mechagodzilla with Showa as his moveset and role is more akin to 74/75 MG.

@Uziel212121 Unfortunately, that's not how most developers work these days. There are a select few who are based like that, but most of the time it doesn't turn out that way. We are gonna have to go through the boss rush style of having each game released separately if this one does well.

Okay so I haven't seen anyone talk about this, some of the hit sfx are the Save the Earth ones.
It's very small evidence but it reinforces my hope that this game will eventually be a combination of all 3 games with all of the maps and monsters (maybe more).

Oh my god the stitches across his torso he might be this games frankenstein monster. This is why he had his back facing the viewer in his first official art cuz seeing his torso would be a spoiler? It would explain why his chest tattoos have disappeared.

Is it bad that my first thought was that Hector suggested the name to honor Rosaly? Especially if he for some reason can't have children or chose not to.
Rose also uses weapons like swords, which are very un-Belmont... But Hector used them plenty :)

@draculllina It would be an interesting contrast though: the Daughter of the first Belmont to actually slay Dracula vs the Patriarch Belmont who never killed him, but chained his bloodline to kill the Night.

@draculllina The 40th Anniversary website DID say they were releasing multiple games this year. A 3D Collection would be a great way to cap/finish the series rereleased as a whole.
Plus, since Dracula's Curse is now a Trilogy, having Curse of Darkness on modern consoles makes sense.

I'm praying for a 3D Castlevania collection with 64, Lament, Nano Breaker, Curse of Darkness + the CoD manga and the long-lost Lament comic, in time for the release of the new game. Would be cool if Judgement or Order of Shadows were included as bonuses like the MGS volumes got.

Not to sound greedy, but I wish they remade Godzilla Save the Earth instead of Destroy all Monsters Melee since it's a better version of Melee plus it has more monsters. My only hope is post launch content to add the stages and monsters from Save the Earth. Maybe even Unleashed.
