Everyone who "has it" can identify someone else that "has it" right away. People who don't have it don't even think it exists, which ensures they'll never get it. What is "it"?

@connorkapoor How high volume are you set up for? It is small prototype work, or can you handle moderate runs (200-800) of something roughly that size

Tiny, thin walled parts are generally accepted as difficult to cast We can do them in as little as 2 days. * connectors for a wire harness, $65 for 2, 30 hour turnaround.

The Woolshire
The Woolshire@thewoolshire·
When we first started The Woolshire we never had any idea of growing to the point of buying a wool mill. However we soon realized that it was necessary. This mill and many like it used to be the backbone of our communities, providing batting and textiles. Today many are gone entirely - shipped overseas, scrapped, or abandoned in favor of cheap imports. This mill has provided us with most of our wool for our pillows. When the owners told us they were retiring we decided that we needed to buy the mill to keep this tradition going. It has pushed us well out of our comfort zone but it will prove to be just the push we needed. When we begin to produce our own batting and hiring help, we will be able to make more incredible products. Really excited for the future. To America and her revival 🥂
The Woolshire@thewoolshire

Picked up wool for the very last time from Montana. Bittersweet to say the least. Machines will be disassembled, moved to our shop, and reassembled by next month. Some wise parting words from the man who has been running this wool mill for the past 25 years.

"ZERO SUGAR!" Is not the win you think it is Literally every single hydration brand thinks that's their unique selling point. Why is that on your label? Do you think you're special? Your companies are ran by literal retards

I would not get an electric vehicle, as the EMF field it produces can contribute to a myriad of health issues. Effectively spending time in a microwave every time you go for a drive? No thank you!

@Thermobolic This is exactly what I was looking for. I started pretty lean but wanted to preserve muscle mass. I was going to try a few eggs in the month but milk is much easier. I do raw milk, not sure it matters. Appreciate the insight

Sugar fasting (fruit til noon or later) is a good strategy for fat loss, but if you don't have a lot to lose then I'd add milk if you can drink it. I'm on a gallon of 2% a day right now and loving it - feeling good. Fruit and milk all day and then a "regular" dinner which is normally something like beef or chicken with rice and maybe some veggies.

People think they always need to be eating something different. "what do you feel like eating?" Get used to eating the same stuff every day. I mostly eat chicken breast, beef, dairy (lots of milk), rice and fruit. I don't do anything fancy. Just put some salt on it and eat it.
Erik@e_cdalton

Big reason for many problems (obesity, DoorDash financing, inability to cook) is our insistence on every bite of food we ever eat being “delicious.” It always has to be a maximal experience. Sometimes it’s okay to just eat decent food.

@ElieJarrougeMD I’m 31 6’3 210 and my non fasted LdL was elevated last time I had a physical and he tried to put me on a statin Made me lose trust in doctors and I haven’t been back since especially after reccomending the jab in 2023. Their glorified pill pushers doing what they’re trained to.

The LDL cholesterol level that most cardiologists strive for can only be accomplished pharmacologically or by becoming a cachectic vegan. That tells you everything you need to know. It lacks basic common sense.

@Thermobolic Ty sir, I had been doing coffee, fruit and honey until noon and have felt baseline euphoric but I’ve taken a break due to traveling and I don’t think I was getting enough calories. Playing with ideas on how to improve it.

@whendthathappen No, I don't. I just buy what I like / what looks good at the store. Certain fruits like peaches, nectarines and watermelon I only eat in season, but stuff like apples, oranges and dates I eat year round.

@Thermobolic Do you vary fruits by season? That generally what I do but I have zero evidence to prove it’s good or bad. Other than not feeling awful

@whendthathappen Throw in some liver and oysters once a week and vary your fruit choices and you're good.
