@sea_beez @danny_mercer I was really surprised to find out nurses need training before they can take bloods once they qualify. As a midwife we don't have this crazy hurdle, Its madness. x

@danny_mercer Many have been taught as students but aren’t allowed until: their ward manager agrees to fund their place get on a trust-specific course, they are allowed to leave the ward to go to the course and they are then signed off [3/5/10] attempts. 1/
