I’d like to know where everyone’s favourite place to eat in Birmingham that they’ve only visited for the first time this year?

@ThomBartley I'm not sure that they differ much from place to place. Key points are 20k put in allowance every year, tax free returns. I've got one set up through my bank and they act as broker.

Anybody got any info on stocks & shares ISA's? Where / what should I be looking? I've currently got money between current / savings account and a bit invested into the S&P 500 but now looking into moving money into this before the end of the tax year but it's all new to me.

@der_flow_ It's also killing off the hobbyists. I don't use 3D much for work anymore but love staying up to date just for fun.

I miss the days where all the knowledge to become a 3D artist was free on the internet, no paid courses, no patreons, no gumroads. You google it, you find it, you know it. Now you gotta monthly subscribe for a potentially crappy tutorial that could've been a 3 sentence blog post.

So sorry to hear at a meeting in Kings Norton today that the three historic buildings will not be opening for tours and events anymore. I used to be a Guide here. Also sad to see the 'Old Grammar School' in a bad state. Such a shame.

@asho_brien Love the idea of more of a microsite for guides & assets. Big help for in house design teams to be able to download assets from there instead of searching through drives etc. Having said that, PDF still has its place for sure.
