23 to 27 and already feeling like you're running out of time. psychologists call this the quarter life crisis and the anxiety of feeling behind on a timeline nobody actually set for you. your career, relationships, savings, purpose, all supposed to be figured out by now apparently. but here's the truth: you are not behind. you are just human in a world that never stops rushing you. if this pressure is affecting your mental health @wundtingminds is here. real therapists, real conversations. 🤍

listening, ignoring and forgetting all at the same time, ADHD multitasking at its finest 😭 but here's what most people don't understand and ADHD isn't a focus problem. it's a brain that struggles to regulate attention, emotion and impulse all at once. it's exhausting to live in a world that wasn't built for how your brain works. if ADHD is affecting your daily life and mental health, @wundtingminds is here. real support, real conversations, no judgment.

Good memories? written in sand. gone with the next wave. that embarrassing thing from years ago? carved in stone. living rent free forever. this is negativity bias and your brain holds onto bad experiences much stronger than good ones. it's not your fault. it's just how we're wired. when the past won't stop replaying @wundtingminds is here to help quiet it. real therapists, real conversations. 🤍

going to bed early sounds so simple. so why is it so hard? because your brain uses nighttime to process everything it pushed aside during the day and stress, anxiety, unfinished thoughts. this is called 'revenge bedtime procrastination' your mind refuses to shut down because it never got proper time to breathe. poor sleep and poor mental health feed each other in a cycle that's hard to break alone. @wundtingminds is here to help you actually figure out what's keeping you up. 🤍

Things that hit different at 25: Realizing your parents were also just figuring it out. And some of their damage was someone else's damage first. Doesn't excuse everything. But it explains some things. — Wundtingminds

The cost of always being the strong one: No one thinks to check on you. No one believes you when you say you're not okay. No one even considers that you might need help. Strength performed long enough becomes a cage. — Wundtingminds

The anxiety cycle nobody talks about: Feel anxious. Feel anxious about feeling anxious. Wonder what's wrong with you for feeling anxious. Feel anxious about that. You're not crazy. You're just stuck in a loop that needs a pattern interrupt. — Wundtingminds
