#OttawaOPP stopped this driver on #Hwy417 shortly before 2pm after the driver flashed their high beams multiple times at the officers cruiser, in an effort to have him move out of the fast lane. Clearly the driver - who displays an anti-tailgating message on the back of their vehicle - did not realize they were behind an unmarked police car. The driver was charged for improper use of high beams, a $110 fine. #OttTraffic ^mf
