When two sovereign states merge to form a single new entity, the resulting state cannot obtain formal recognition or United Nations membership without submitting the legal treaty of union to the UN. Under Article 102 of the UN Charter, every international agreement must be registered with the UN Secretariat and published before it can be invoked before any organ of the United Nations. Somalia has never deposited or registered any treaty of union between Somaliland and the former Italian-administered Somalia with the United Nations. Nevertheless, it continues to claim the territory of Somaliland, which gained independence from Britain on 26 June 1960. Somalia attained independence from the Italian UN trusteeship on 1 July 1960. No formal treaty of union between the 2 states was ever submitted. According to Article 102 of the UN Charter, every treaty and international agreement entered into by any Member of the United Nations must be registered with the Secretariat and published by it as soon as possible. Key Requirements for Membership ➡️Submission of Treaty: Documentation of the union must be presented to prove the legal dissolution of the former states and the creation of the new one. ➡️Registration: Under Article 102, no party to an unregistered treaty may invoke that treaty before any organ of the United Nations. ➡️Validation: The UN Secretariat must verify and publish the agreement to ensure transparency and international recognition.

In an attempt to cover its tracks, the Somali embassy in Nairobi claims that the diplomatic passport was officially issued by the Somali government. However, Simon Reeves’ documentation shows how the Somali passport can easily be issued to anyone cregardless of whether they are Somali, European, Arab, Pakistani, Afghani, or even Satan.

Two illegal Somalian aliens Hassan Mustaf Isak , a former Somalian diplomat who illegally overstayed his visa during the Biden administration, and Omar Jamal, a ‘respected’ community leader and civilian employee of the @RamseySheriff who was ordered deported in 2005 —are mocking the “stupidity” of law enforcement agents following the recent release of Omar Jamal from @ICEgovERO custody. Hassan Mustaf Isak explains to Omar jamal how the entire Somalian community was in shock and worried for his safety Omar Jamal nonchalantly and jokingly replies ‘I was looking for them I applied to the FBI’ After finding a way to resist deportation for twenty years Omar Jamal finds the immigration system humorous

Hassan Mustaf Isak, a Somalian diplomat previously stationed at Somalia's embassy in Zambia, used a Somalian diplomatic passport to enter the United States and illegally overstayed his visa during the Biden administration. He is now living in Ohio and working as a Somalian media personality under the name ‘Hassan Top’ with a registered business in the state of Ohio ‘Durdur media group LLC’ How is that possible? @TriciaOhio @KristiNoem @ICEgov

The Turks recognized the great state of Israel in March 1949, and the Republic of Somaliland recognized it on December 26, 2025. Israel and Somaliland had previously recognized each other in 1960. The Turks preceded Somaliland’s recent recognition by nearly a century. Their issue isn’t Israel, but rather that Somalilanders are neither isolated nor exploitable by them. The Turks believed their contracts in Mogadishu would grant them oil and gas titles in Somaliland as well as control of the geostrategic southern shore of the Gulf of Aden. The Turks use the Palestinian issue as a tool to push their expansion into Arab and African affairs, pretending to be some standard-bearer for the Palestinians in order to mask their territorial and political expansion. No one in the Horn of Africa wants Turks or Arabs. You can keep destroying one another for a few more centuries, as you have for the past millennium. I honestly feel sorry for the Kurds and Israelis for being geographical neighbors with expansionist Arabs and Turks. Yes, @westtoeast , Somali diplomatic passports can indeed be bought on the black market in Mogadishu and used to travel unhindered to destinations around the world. This has become a documented route for smuggling AlShabaab linked individuals and assets into the West, as corrupt officials and traffickers sell these high value documents, complete with accreditation letters, for substantial fee to anyone willing to pay. @WSJ @nytimes @NEWSMAX @FoxNews @EndWokeness @ResoluteTitan88

The Somali passport is the only passport in the world made in the open market and not controlled by the government. If you want one, all you have to do is go to Mr. Big Beard and he’ll make it for you. Trump saw this, and that’s exactly why he placed a ban on Somalia

This is Mogadishu, Somalia. The children you see here are the future migrants who will one day head to the USA and Europe. It is baffling how Western governments fund this path and allow such individuals to enter their countries, settle, and even hold high-ranking offices

CAIR a racist organization must be condemned in the strongest and harshest terms imaginable for its disgraceful meeting with a genocidaire and the daughter of another genocidaire. This vile association coupled with CAIRs longstanding and dangerous ties to Ilhan Omar demands that the organization be fully dismantled without delay. No legitimate civil rights group consorts with those who traffic in genocide or their enablers. CAIR has forfeited any claim to legitimacy and must be shut down.

Israel–Somaliland relations will shape the Red Sea/ Gulf Of Aden far more than another AU or Arab League statement ever will. The AU echoing Djibouti and the Arab League echoing Egypt isn’t a regional consensus—it’s foreign policy by proxy. They seem to forget Somaliland is in Africa and enjoys strong relations with those that matter. @MarioNawfal just for the record: that’s not the blue is not Somaliland flag. Somaliland is not a separatist project—it reasserted sovereignty within the borders it inherited at independence in 1960. Somaliland Passport is accepted in over 30 nations already depending on visa requirements.
