Not empty claims—verifiable, transferable, composable units. 2) C↔S loop: consumers = shareholders; shareholders = consumers. A “use → earn → unlock → reuse” rights system ties spending to assetized access: Use products/services → receive onchain credentials/allowances; Hold rights → unlock pricing, priority, participation; A flywheel where consumption fuels assets, and assets reinforce consumption. 3) New assets → new flows & new games. Rights become composable: fractionalizable, delegable, usable as access/collateral—then progressively integrated into X Layer DeFi (within compliance bounds). Real new primitives, not recycled liquidity. 4) Real backing, clear anchors. Each right ships with proof anchors (terms digest, audit hashes, event logs), so users know what they hold, when it’s usable, and how to verify. RWA value = verifiable ties to reality. 5) Platform, not a one-off. We’re templating the method so it can extend to more Nasdaq-listed companies: Rights abstraction → asset wrapping → compliance hooks → liquidity paths. One case → one standard → one network. 6) How you join.
