The general issue with authorities in India (especially at the city level) - plenty of announcements are made.
But the commissioner moves on every 2-3 years, and then there is often no ownership, accountability, follow up...by the succeeding ones.

@raggedtag My maths teacher of 12 always gave me 97/98/99 but never 100. He used to find little mistakes in the way I solved the problems even though final answer was correct. That kept me chasing for that 100 every single time. Now even in languages pupils are getting 90. Weird!

Because of currency difference it paid a lot. Comparatively work isnt that tiring; mentally sure but definitely not physically.
It is the pvt version of Govt Bank jobs of earlier generation with little xtra hrs, sm aptitude & lot better money
