@18002096006 Disappointed to report that despite a written 6–8 week delivery commitment,my vehicle (booked on 27 Mar) is now being pushed to Aug 26.The promised timeline ends on 21 May.This is unacceptable.Revised timeline of 16 weeks is for vehicles booked after 23 Apr.Kindly deliver it ASAP

AppleCare+ is a MUST & this is why! My MacBook Pro M1 Pro is 3 years old so of course the battery wasn’t as perfect as before & display hinge was slightly loose. Only a week of AppleCare+ was left & Apple replaced both the parts free of cost, no questions asked. Feels like a new Laptop! And then upon calling the customer care, it is being confirmed yes there is a missing article because it was out of stock and the internal comment says Customer is willing to wait. But the customer was never contacted.

And there is no intimation to the customer that there are missing articles in the order. The purchase page shows as completed order. Customer realizes it only when the assembly team comes to assemble the furniture.

@IKEA you need to seriously look into the India operations. It’s a total mess and in this age it is not expected from a giant company like IKEA. Articles are marked as customer is willing to wait and not delivered because it’s out of stock. #Ikea
