A lot of people are underrating the level of public frustration with the current state and federal administrations. That could heavily shape the election. Also, the insecurity in Kwara North and South has left many communities abandoned, and that reality will matter too.

Calculation for kwara politics changed a lot in the last 72 hours. I currently can not call it for anyone anymore. But APC has a higher chance. I expect bulk vote from KN and KS for APC, then shared vote in KC. I think things slightly favour APC at the moment.

Today, at the Secretariat Headquarters of our great party, the PDP in Ilorin, we formally unveiled our gubernatorial Candidate, Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu.
This followed a series of meetings, consultations, and extensive discussions held day and night among myself, Prof. Ali Ahmad, Barr. Sheni Ibiwo, SAN, Alhaji Ladi Hassan, and Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu.
Following the opportunity given to us by the leader of our party, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, to collectively choose a candidate among ourselves, we reached a resolution earlier today and unanimously presented Engr. Kale Kawu as the consensus candidate.
This decision reflects our collective will, and we remain committed to working together as one united family to deliver the choice of our party and the good people of Kwara State.
