🎟️ TICKETMASTER QUEUING GUIDE & IMPORTANT REMINDERS 🎟️
To give everyone a better understanding of how Ticketmaster works during ticket selling, here are some important things to remember:
1️⃣ One Account = One Device in Queue
Only one device can queue using one Ticketmaster account. Logging in on multiple devices may cause errors, queue issues, or possible removal from the line.
2️⃣ OTP Verification is Required
Before entering the queue, Ticketmaster may require an OTP verification linked to your registered phone number. Please make sure your number is active and accessible during the selling period.
3️⃣ Waiting Room System
Ticketmaster usually opens a waiting room before the official queue starts. Entering the waiting room early does not always guarantee a better queue number, but it is highly recommended to be prepared before the sale begins.
4️⃣ Presale Code Requirement
For presales, a valid presale code is required. Depending on the event, Ticketmaster may ask for the code before selecting seats or after choosing your seats before checkout.
