Now we get -140, on the road, with the possibility of a shortened leash in a win-or-go-home environment. Peralta is also coming off 4 days rest instead of the week+ he had with MIL clinching. He just faced them Saturday, and in the MLB, hitters have the advantage the more they see the pitcher. The Brewers have basically their entire pen available, with high leverage arms like Uribe and Megill on 4 days rest as well. Murphy would rather change the look then let Freddy see 100 pitches unless he is just absolutely slicing them, which I don't see with them just seeing him Saturday.
