@yzfpxssface @bethybee20 @CHILDISH_95 DPD are usually pretty great but you can trust the support team are just finding out the weight of the parcel as it was scanned and then will fire out replacements. We can’t stop these problems from ever happening but we act as quickly as possible to resolve them.

Hi @Acifin my @CHILDISH_95 order has arrived this morning box ripped open and 2 Hoodies and childish energy MISSING £200 worth of stuff gone and all i keep getting is it’s in the warehouse. I have only have one parcel under this number. SO livid i just want my money back now.

@declanbyrne312 That’s so bloody annoying!! But we can’t, once it’s with the courier it’s irretrievable and this is probably a problem at your local depot (under staffing). It might help to call them and ask if you can just go and pick it up!
