🚨 BREAKING: Mario Gomez says Peter Cech was a "Witch" he read their minds and was tested for doping after the 2012 final "I put the ball down and look at Peter Cech, who’s standing there and was a monster. I put the ball down, turn around, and it was clear for me, I’m going..... to hit into one corner, powerfully. I have to hit it powerfully, otherwise he’ll get to it. I walk back, turn around and think, no, he’ll save it. On the way to the ball I changed my mind and went for the other corner." "The mad thing about this story is: afterwards I have doping control. Petr Cech is sitting with me at doping control. He’s completely shy, reserved, and eventually he says to me: ‘Hey, what was with the penalty?’ I look at him and say: ‘Eh" "Then he says to me: ‘You wanted to shoot towards the other corner first. You totally confused me. I knew you were going for the other corner.’ He pretty much said what happened in me. That’s brutal. That made me realise again what a great goalkeeper he is.”

I heartily congratulate Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, the immediate past Deputy Governor of Kano State, on his decision to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC). The grand reception held yesterday in Gwarzo Town has not only strengthened our ranks with his wealth of experience, but has also injected fresh energy and renewed enthusiasm into the party. Welcome home, Your Excellency, Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo. - RMK

Micah Richards: "I think he [Rosenior] had to do it [sanction Fernandez]. With all the pressure Liam Rosenior has been under recently, the players coming out and speaking like that makes you look weak if you don’t respond. I would have left him out of the next game which was Port Vale – but I wouldn’t have done two games. That way it looks like he’s punished him but he’s still back for that Man City game. You’re going to need him against them because he’s one of your best players. But I do think Rosenior had to say something." ~ @RestIsFootball

Honestly, I need to be real, I haven’t been okay, even though I’ve been acting like I am. This post gave me the push to finally speak up. I’m a solar vendor, supplying and installing a wide range of solar products, including high-capacity systems capable of powering large homes, estates, and commercial facilities. Right now, my biggest challenge is getting access to bigger clients and projects. I’m looking for opportunities to work on installations for mansions, companies, and industrial setups. If you can connect me with individuals, businesses, or organizations that need reliable, high-capacity solar solutions, I would truly appreciate it. I understand growth is a process, but I’m ready to take my business to the next level and handle bigger projects. I believe in the power of this platform, so if you can support by reposting or making a connection, it could make a huge difference. Thank you 🙏

This guy was the most dangerous out of all of them. He pointed a gun at me and kept threatening me like my life meant nothing. He’s the same one that hit me with the gun, shocked my body, beat me, and even slapped me from behind when I didn’t see it coming. Out of everyone there, he was the most aggressive. The most dangerous. He needs to be stopped!!! He is evil!!! @PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU

I really hope this video goes viral and the Nigeria Police Force sees this and does something about it. This happened in Abulado, Lagos. Me and my guy @ehispascal were on a bike when four officers stopped us. We came down peacefully, no issues at all. One officer was talking to me, another to my guy. Everything was calm. They were asking questions and we answered calmly because we had nothing to hide. They asked me to open my phone, and I didn’t hesitate because I didn’t want any problem. Suddenly, out of nowhere, one man came from behind and slapped me. Even the officer checking my phone was shocked and asked what just happened. At that moment, I didn’t even know he was a police officer because he wasn’t in uniform. Out of anger, I reacted and slapped him back and even tried to confront him. That’s when the others held me and told me he was an officer. That’s when I realized everything was already planned. Next thing, all of them started beating us. It was bad. My guy’s face even got swollen. They then threatened to take us to the station. I told them no problem, let’s go, but the officer who slapped me must come along too. I told them when we get to the station, they would know who my father is. They kept asking for his name, but I refused and said they would find out at the station. That’s when they got scared. Instead of taking us to the station, they drove us to a bridge, dropped us there, and told us to go.

Six more top bandit leaders eliminated alongside Ado Allero’s son in Zamfara offensive By Zagazola Makama Additional details have emerged on the identities of notorious bandit leaders eliminated during the recent military offensive in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State, where the son of feared kingpin Ado Allero and scores of fighters were neutralised. At the heart of the operation was the elimination of Kachalla Iliya Sarki, the son of Ado Allero, alongside more than 65 fighters and several high-ranking commanders who had long orchestrated attacks, kidnappings, and cattle rustling across Zamfara and neighbouring states. For years, the forests of Tsafe, Shinkafi, and Zurmi have served as operational bases for heavily armed groups, with Allero’s network emerging as one of the most feared. The death of his son, widely regarded as a rising figure within the hierarchy, is not just a tactical success, it is a symbolic strike at the core of the group’s command structure. Security sources confirmed that the offensive, which targeted multiple camps in Munhaye and surrounding forest enclaves, led to the elimination of several key commanders. Among them was Kachalla Biyabiki, a notorious kidnapping kingpin linked to numerous abductions in the western Tsafe axis. Intelligence indicated he had at least 10 victims in captivity at the time of his death, with ransom negotiations ongoing. Also killed was Kachalla Dogon Bete, a feared field commander known for leading violent raids on rural communities and coordinating cattle rustling operations. Other commanders neutralised include Kachalla Dan Bakolo, believed to be responsible for arms supply and logistics; Kachalla Na’Isa, a sub-commander involved in enforcement operations; Kachalla Yellow, linked to reprisal attacks; and Kachalla Mudi, associated with kidnapping activities along rural transit routes. Together, these figures formed a critical part of the operational backbone of banditry in the Tsafe–Shinkafi corridor. “These individuals were key actors within the network. Their neutralisation has disrupted command and control structures in the area,” a security source said. The offensive, which targeted multiple camps in Munhaye and surrounding forest enclaves, also resulted in the destruction of hideouts and recovery of weapons and other logistics. However, security experts warn that the killing of such high-profile figures particularly the son of Ado Allero may provoke retaliatory attacks by fleeing elements seeking revenge. Troops have consequently intensified clearance operations, aerial surveillance, and aggressive patrols across Tsafe, Shinkafi, and adjoining areas to prevent regrouping and forestall possible reprisals. Efforts are ongoing to track down remaining loyalists and dismantle residual cells operating within the wider Zamfara-Katsina forest corridor. In Zamfara’s forests, where power shifts quickly and alliances are fluid, today’s victory can only be secured by tomorrow’s vigilance.

The Nigerian authorities must investigate the reckless use of fire arms by the military that killed a girl in Maiduguri Borno state. The 14-years-old secondary school student was killed on Saturday 4 April after being hit by a stray bullet while inside her home. The fatal shot was reportedly fired by military personnel engaged in celebratory gunfire during a wedding ceremony at a nearby event center. A family friend of the victim said: “She (the deceased) lived in the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) quarters with her family and was inside her home when the tragedy occurred. She had just finished applying henna for her mother and herself, joyfully preparing for a family wedding scheduled for that same day.” While her funeral was held this morning at Maiduguri graveyard, her family and friends are left seeking answers for a death that was entirely preventable. Amnesty International calls for a transparent, impartial and effective investigation of the incident to safeguard lives and ensure justice.

When I was in law school I was tangentially friends with a girl who never showed up to class. Skipped lectures, dodged every seminar, had a "family emergency" for every moot court session. The night before 2nd year finals she was over at my place and casually mentioned she'd spent the last week watching every recorded lecture at 2x speed. She placed top 10 out of 300 students. Every Single Exam. And it wasn't just that she remembered the material, she actually UNDERSTOOD it. Like, laterally, practically, the way most of us who dragged ourselves to every 8am class still couldn't. She could apply case law to hypotheticals better than people who had been gunning for law review all year. I always shuddered thinking about what she could do if she actually tried. But she was perfectly content to just… chill. Some people are built different and honestly? It's annoying.
