I was experimenting with music. I didn’t listen to any music for most of the day, and then later I listened for about an hour. Throughout the day, I noticed I was having some very interesting and clear thoughts. But the moment I started playing music, I could feel my mood shift dramatically. Negative thoughts and emotions began to ramp up, and the low-frequency sounds noticeably drained my energy. For context, I was using AirPods.
