It is a bittersweet moment handing out our final #R12TechGrant for the year 🥹 Congrats to @WorthamISD on a $1,286 grant for its “Pretty in Print” project, which will equip the floral design program with a professional-grade ribbon and label printer! 💐🎀

Congrats to @GatesvilleISD on a $2,166 grant for its “Learning in Motion" project, which will provide students with hands-on educational robots, coding mats, and literacy cards. Way to lead the way in innovative learning! The possibilities are endless with a #R12TechGrant!

Final grant of the day is turning big ideas into real-life creations! Congrats to @CorsicanaISD on a $14,085 grant for its "Creative Design & Innovation Center" project, which will fund a space for students to design & prototype items while exploring STEM & entrepreneurship.

Learning is about to bloom 🌱 (pun intended!) Congrats to Blooming Grove ISD on a $12,600 grant for its "Terra Nexus" project! This grant will create a solar-powered outdoor learning lab where students explore a living ecosystem while using tech to study nature in real time.

Congrats to Meridian ISD on a $14,783 grant for its "Digital Media Studio" project! This will establish a TV studio, audio booth, and editing suite, allowing students to train and create using industry-standard production tools. It’s time to mic up and shine, Yellow Jackets!

🎬 This next grant is ready for its close-up! Congrats to Whitney ISD on a $14,959 grant for its "Broadcasting Excellence" project, giving students experience producing media projects using the same tools and workflows used by industry professionals. #R12TechGrant

Our Tech Foundation is excited to award Aquilla ISD a $6,125 grant for its "Drone Technology in Agriculture" project! From the classroom to the field, these students are getting a bird’s-eye view of the future of agriculture. #R12TechGrant

Congrats to @KilleenISD_ on a $5,070 grant for its "Empowering Every Voice" project! This grant will expand access to assistive technology and help students with communication challenges to express themselves and participate more fully in their school community. #R12TechGrant

Our Tech Foundation is excited to award @TroyISD a $5,995 grant for its "Ultrasound Tech in Animal and Human Science" project, which will give students real-world experience with the tools used in today’s industries. Congrats! #R12TechGrant

ESC Region 12 offices will be closed next week, November 24-28, for Thanksgiving Break. Wishing you and our employees a week filled with gratitude, joy, and delicious food! We'll see you when we return on December 1.
