1/ Both the U.S. and Iran declared victory within 2 hours of the same ceasefire. Not possible. Someone is lying. New evidence suggests: both are. Here's what mainstream coverage isn't telling you about Operation Epic Fury. 🧵 2/ Start with the most important document you've never heard of. In June 2025, the Defense Intelligence Agency assessed that Iran was NOT on a path to an imminent nuclear strike. 9 months later — February 28, 2026 — Trump launched a war citing "imminent nuclear threat." The DIA has not corrected this. The CIA has not commented. The DNI has said nothing. Publicly. Ever. 3/ This matters more than anything that happened after the bombs fell. Because if the intelligence didn't support "imminent threat" — then every stated justification for the war was built on a manufactured premise. This is not a conspiracy theory. It's a publicly documented contradiction that no institution has explained. 4/ Now look at what the U.S. says it achieved: → "All military objectives met and exceeded" (Trump, April 8) → Khamenei killed ✅ → Nuclear program "destroyed" ❓ → Strait of Hormuz open ❌ (still negotiating as of ceasefire) → Iran's "unconditional surrender" ❌ (never happened) → New Iranian leadership installed ❌ ("we knocked out most of the candidates") 3 out of 6. That's the "total victory." 5/ Iran's version of victory is equally creative: → Struck 16 U.S. military sites across 7 countries ✅ → Destroyed a $300M THAAD radar — one of only 9 in the entire U.S. global inventory ✅ → Regime survived ✅ → Nuclear enrichment continuing ✅ → Ceasefire negotiated as equals ✅ The regime that was supposed to be destroyed is negotiating terms. 6/ Now the part that directly concerns American families. The Pentagon officially acknowledges 13 U.S. deaths and ~303 wounded in the Iran war. The Intercept documented at least 15+ killed and 520+ wounded based on public statements, congressional remarks, and named servicemembers missing from official tallies. One officer — Maj. Sorffly Davius — was named at his memorial by a sitting U.S. Congressman. He is not in the Pentagon's casualty database. 7/ Then, on the day of the ceasefire — April 8 — the Pentagon did something extraordinary. It quietly removed 15 wounded-in-action troops from its official count. No announcement. No correction. No explanation. The total went from 428 to 413. Then fluctuated again. CENTCOM stopped responding to journalist requests after The Intercept published its first investigation. 8/ Three independent think tanks — CSIS, CFR, and the Soufan Centre — reached the same conclusion: The U.S. achieved tactical damage. But failed on every strategic objective: → Underground nuclear infrastructure: intact → Strait of Hormuz leverage: intact → Political outcome: none Both sides claim victory because neither side can afford to admit what actually happened. 9/ Here's the mechanism mainstream media can't escape. When both sides issue simultaneous "victory" statements — Reuters, NYT, Al Jazeera, BBC all do the same thing: They report both claims. As equal. As legitimate. That's not journalism. That's false balance that serves both governments. The reader walks away thinking "both sides won" — which means both governments successfully managed their domestic narrative at the expense of truth. 10/ This war cost at minimum 6,285 lives across 8 countries. It closed the world's most important shipping lane for weeks. It destroyed $300M of irreplaceable U.S. radar infrastructure. It launched without intelligence supporting the stated justification. And it ended with both sides claiming victory because neither achieved their goals. The system profits from you believing one of the two official stories. The moment you realize both are managed narratives — you're no longer a useful audience. Share this before the midterms make the real story impossible to tell.

1/ Russia's most powerful propaganda weapon isn't RT or TASS. It's a network called Storm-1516. Since 2023, it produced 190+ fake news operations — and it just ran one against the U.S. Vice President. Here's how it works. And why X is the main reason it's winning. 🧵 2/ Storm-1516's formula is always the same: → AI-generated "whistleblower" video → Fake documents, edited logos of real media → Anonymous Telegram channel seeds it → Russian state media (TASS) cites the Telegram as a "source" → Western influencers amplify it as news Most people never see step 1. They only see step 5. 3/ In 2023, the network made a fake video claiming Zelensky bought two $2M yachts with U.S. aid. The yacht brokers denied it. JD Vance, now U.S. Vice President, publicly repeated this claim when explaining his vote against Ukraine aid. Marjorie Taylor Greene shared it too. The video was fabricated. Vance has never corrected the record. 4/ This isn't an accident. It's the architecture. Storm-1516 doesn't need everyone to believe it. It needs ONE politician with ONE platform to repeat it ONCE. After that, the denial never catches up to the original claim. That asymmetry is the entire strategy. 5/ In Q1 2026, Storm-1516 more than doubled its output vs the same period last year. Near-daily videos in March and April. Targets: Hungarian elections. Armenian elections. French President Macron. U.S. midterms setup. Bloomberg identified 190+ fabrications. Microsoft's threat center mapped 1,000+ synthetic videos in one quarter alone. This is industrial-scale operation. 6/ The account responsible for the most fakes: “Johnny Midnight” on X. 60+ fabricated pieces. 630,000+ followers. Blue checkmark since 2024 — which boosts algorithmic reach. Bloomberg contacted X. The account was banned. Then reinstated one week later with zero public explanation. X has never commented on why. 7/ Here's the part that should concern you most. Storm-1516 is now preparing for the November 2026 U.S. midterms. The operation is backed by GRU Unit 29155. Coordinated by a named Russian officer. AI tools provided by Russian military intelligence. And the main distribution platform — the one refusing to permanently remove the key account — is a private U.S. company. 8/ How to recognize Storm-1516 content before you share it: → "Investigative journalist" you've never heard of breaks a huge story → The source is a document or video — no named witnesses → The narrative: corruption, luxury, betrayal by a Western-aligned leader → The story spreads 10x faster than the denial → It appears right before an election If 3+ apply: stop. Search the claim. Don't share. 9/ The deepest irony: Storm-1516's second biggest target isn't a foreign country. It's you. Because the operation's long-term goal isn't to make you believe Russia. It's to make you believe nothing. When all information feels equally fake — when you can't trust any source — that's when authoritarian systems win without firing a single shot. 10/ A network built by GRU military intelligence. Funded with government money. Distributed by a U.S. social media platform that reinstates banned accounts with no explanation. Already amplified by a sitting U.S. Vice President. And in 5 months — it will run the same playbook against your midterm candidates. Two types of people will read this. The ones who share it. And the ones who wait to see if they already believed one of the fakes. Which one are you?

@ayeejuju Without the number: “it’s fine” With the number: “I have 83% and I’m looking for an outlet” The number is anxiety. The icon is peace.

@Keir_Starmer Net migration fell 82%. The nurse from Nigeria who kept your mum alive in 2023 is no longer welcome. But the number looks great on a poster.

Net migration has fallen 82%. I promised to restore control to our borders. My government is delivering. I know there’s more to do, we’re introducing a skills-based migration system that rewards contribution and ends our reliance on cheap overseas workers.

@Keir_Starmer Net migration fell 82%. NHS still has 100,000+ vacancies. Care homes are closing. Fruit is rotting in fields. Congratulations on the number, Keir. The country is the price.

Your bank charges you $35 for overdrafting by $3. That’s a 1,166% interest rate. Payday loans are illegal in some states for charging less. Chase Bank is fine though.

America has the best doctors in the world. And the most people who can’t afford to see them. How does that work exactly?

An American checks her student loans. She borrowed $49,548.74. After 120 payments, she’s paid $25,558.36. Her current balance? $50,121.33. After PAYING $25k… she now owes MORE than she originally borrowed. This isn’t aid — it’s legalized USURY.

Dad invests $50K. It grows to $2M. If he sells, l he owes tax on a $1.95M gain. Instead, he puts it in a trust. Borrows against it. Lives tax-free. Dies holding. Kids inherit at a $2M basis. IRS gets $0.
