Electricity arguments all amount to wanting hard money to be easy. We already have lots of easy money. They don't work.

ERC-20 tokens are the easiest to identify accumulation patterns in, as the exchange addresses are almost always labelled. Consistent, repeated transfers out of an exchange address into cold storage + top 20 address + declining/stagnant prices is what you want to see.
