Ryan Grim attacking AOC to protect MTG is so perfect I want to put it in a frame. You should never, ever, ever believe these fucking grifters.

WOW "SCOTUS USED FAKE DATA AND THE MEDIA WENT CRICKETS." I don't know why more people aren't talking about this. Republicans are trying to bury it as fast as they can. Sam Alito didn't just gut the Voting Rights Act. He built the opinion on fake data from Trump's DOJ. The lie? Black voter turnout beat white turnout in 2 of 5 recent presidential elections in Louisiana. The media? Silent. Go figure. Confirmed sources caught it: Alito used a rigged formula counting non-citizens and felons as "eligible voters" to juice the numbers. Real data? Black turnout only exceeded white in one election: 2012. Expert Michael McDonald: "They had to fudge how they're calculating the turnout rate... Someone knew what they were doing." Who else signed their name to a Supreme Court opinion built on cooked books? All six conservatives: Roberts, Thomas, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barrett. Not one fact-check. Not one care. They didn't interpret law—they fabricated facts to kill a civil rights law Black people bled for. And the media barely blinked. A Supreme Court justice using fake data to destroy voting rights should be an all-timer scandal. But it's 2026, so it's just Thursday. THE GOP IS THE BIGGEST PONZI SCAM IN HISTORY. Y'all wanted a colorblind society? Start by being blind to the lies your side tells.

Just so I understand, Republicans can ILLEGALLY redistrict but Democrats can't LEGALLY redistrict? Do I have this right?

If a future Democratic trifecta (LOL) does decide to pack SCOTUS, I think they should couple it with a constitutional amendment for 18 year term limits and cap the number at 13 permanently to prevent Republican retaliation

“But you can’t do this it requires a constitutional amendment…” Boy, none of you people think long term, do you? That’s why MAGA kicks your ass. If you expand the court without ensuring Republicans cannot retaliate, your 7-6 court will last all of 4 years tops. Than you’re doomed to long term right wing rule after that. For the last 20 years your need for instant gratification and a short term victories have only made everything worse because you have zero strategic vision.

A Black man who is a licensed gun owner in Massachusetts was legally carrying his gun in a holster on his belt when a Boston cop walked up to him, grabbed him by the forearm, and snatched the gun away from him. atlantablackstar.com/2026/05/08/bod…

also when you get your pokemon back, it’s affection stat is maxed out meaning that the pokemon you left was also deeply connected with the old man.

saddest moment in pokemon games. back in 2013, pokemon x and y had a quiet little moment in anistar city. inside a small house lived an old man who had just lost his wife. when players visited, he gently asked if you could leave him a low-level pokemon (level 5) to keep him company. it seemed like a simple, harmless request with no some connection to the main story or big reward. you gave him a pokemon , he smiled warmly and promised to take good care of it. most players left and continued their journey without thinking much of it. but if you returned much later after beating the elite four and becoming champion, you will came with an unpleasant surprise. the house was empty. the old man was gone. the only things left were a single pokeball on the floor and a note beside it. inside the pokeball was the exact pokemon you had given him. the note was a heartfelt thank you letter from the old man, saying your pokemon brought him joy and kept him company until his very last breath. there is a also a comet shard.

it was so weird having magats flood everywhere saying "just wait until trump and iran make a deal!" when there's literally no reason for iran to ever take trumps fake deals, there's nothing in it for them. it's like boomer "give the manager a firm handshake!" delulogic

The U.S. is effectively checkmated in Iran—and this defeat will carry lasting consequences unlike any America has endured before, Robert Kagan argues. theatlantic.com/international/…

Can we put this shit to rest. In some cases, the animal's life IS more important. For instance, a javan rhino (a species with a population lower than a hundred individuals) is way more important than some random dude from Kansas.
