@onepeloton Peloton is not standing by its warranty. First they said our move violated warranty, when we proved that that was a lie, they then said it was damaged in the move and void. We moved a year ago and have used the treadmills daily for 1+ year with no issue. Don’t buy a peloton!

Man @onepeloton your customer service is awful. I had my tread delivered February 25th, technicians have come out and it still doesn’t work and yall are telling me the only way to get an operable machine is to repurchase another one?!? You can’t swap out this machine?
