Anyone know if it’s better to take ashwagandha or saffron supplements with venlafaxine / effexor ? which is better? I know you’ve to be cautious of serotonin levels but it seems both are ok to mix with Ven/Eff but it’s deciding between saffron or ashwagandha which is better?

@suemcco11 For sure. It can be a chill/empty feeling at times. Saw and tried various dosages like 2/3 months using then a 1 month break.

@Peadar85 i just saw some ppl online saying they had bad side effects with ash, made them stop feeling happiness & feeling v flat

@suemcco11 Yep it does. Ash can be helpful if you are involved in sports/gym etc👌
