Annual Christmas Eve rack of lamb, smoked on the #Traeger and seared at the end, with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, and chimichurri on the side. Mom gave it an 85 on the 20-80. Merry Christmas to all! @ScoutsCooking
