"Sword Art Online" new movie information will be revealed in July 2026!

"The Familiar of Zero," "Sword Art Online," and "Slayers" are all getting webtoon adaptations in the vertical scrolling format. They will be created by STUDIO WHITE, a new studio launched by WEBTOON Entertainment’s LINE Digital Frontier in collaboration with KADOKAWA and REDICE STUDIO. The studio will focus on creating original spin-off webcomics based on established Japanese franchises for global WEBTOON readers. It will debut with a new spin-off based on Record of Lodoss War by Ryo Mizuno on May 9, 2026.
