@JohnMassingale4 Basketball is an entertainment not a sport I think.

Good reminder that, Fresh off a 12-1 season, Notre Dame voluntarily suspended their starting QB Everett Golson for the entirety of the 2013 fall semester for cheating on a test.
Texas Tech is not only shamelessly allowing a player who bet on his own games to play for their team…they appear to have rigged the local courts to make sure it happened.
The opinions and moral posturing of Joey Mac and Texas Tech administration should never be taken seriously.

Lmao can never be me....That kind thing can never happen as long as am concerned...I will be at the wedding with My Isi-Agu and red cap sipping my tigermacin Syrup.
July last year...one of my ex mother called me to inform me that someone is asking for her daughter's hand in marriage (my ex)...that she wants me to help her carry out the Iju-Ese, since the guy in question is from my maternal home....I did as she requested went back and told her the guy is good and the family background dey okay as well....The marriage took place and i didn't even waited for official invitation...I went there, drink tigermacin Syrup tire....
Me avoid attending your marriage ceremony because you're my ex? That kind thing adirokwa.

Two years ago my ex came to my shop at Mandilas to inform me that she was getting married, she brought the wedding clothes and IV and also asked that I come to her wedding. I didn’t go to the wedding however I sent her wedding gift, she called me after her wedding at night asking why I didn’t show up, I explained that I couldn’t because it would have been hard for me to sit through the wedding.

@omoobastudios My phone was stolen 3 times last year. I let all of them go. This year, a friend of mine stole my phone. I didn't know it was him.
I went for juju, I was told it was him. I pour the juju anyway. Two days later he ran mad until he confessed with his mouth. The madness left.

If youth can accept giveaways from bandits, then what is rice from Politicians?
To be clear, it's not poverty; I doubt folks in Togo or Chad will ask folks that rape and kill for giveaways. How low are your morals that you are willing to accept cash from killers?
The youth in 234 have been traumatized and need serious therapy (and jobs). We see glimpses of it here on X where people are paid to say anything for a pittance.
There is no low bar; there is no self-respect, nothing. Just hunger.
Same nation is talking esoteric things like AI and foreign reserves while the youth, its future, are pushed to ask bandits for cash?
Na wah ooh

The Monaco Grand Prix weekend has ended, and after spending 3days watching the world richest 1% and how they live, i realized the event is not really about the race, it's a Wealth Fest.
In that settings, money buys you different version of reality. The guy that arrived in the biggest yacht got dwarfed by another guy with a bigger yacht.😂
The Yachts that are not private costs people $10k just to stand on them to watch the race. There is no better place to discover that you are not rich yet even when you are a billionaire than Monaco Grand Prix.
If you saw the doings over the weekend and you are not inspired, nothing else can ginger you. I have never seen more billionaires in a single place like that.
I saw people that went there with the hope of making significant connections and I think it's a waste of time and money
Because, considering how separated the VIPs are to the general admission, it's almost impossible to connect vertically.
At that level of wealth, you can bet almost everyone at the VIP knows themselves.

Some of you come online every day to speak with absolute certainty on issues you have no expertise in, issues you have zero knowledge of.
One of Nigeria’s greatest challenges is that too many people occupying political spaces add more noise than value, there are too many nonentities allowed in political spaces, and around politicians, while many of the brightest minds have chosen to stay away from public service and politics altogether.
Some of these noisemakers don’t even have university certificates.
We must change that.
Thinkers must start running for offices. Why can’t we have an Okonjo Iweala in the Senate but we have an Onwebonyi, why can’t we have a Sam Amadi, but we have an Akpabio, and why can’t we have Chidi Odinkalu or Alex Onyia or Kalu Aja, or Dr. Ajuji Ahmed and even Dele Farotimi, but we have Orji Kalu, Umahi, Bamidele, and God forbid a possible Yaya Bello.
A country of over 200 million people cannot continue to treat foolishness and intelligence as equals. Intelligence, competence, and critical thinking must once again become respected in our political space.
Ironically, some of the noisemakers spend more time generating opinions than acquiring knowledge.
Some cannot type sensibly without using ChatGPT to sound smart, yet they confidently try to talk about governance, economics, and public policy.
Nigeria deserves a political culture where facts matter and where substance outweighs noise.
Too many noisemakers in our political space, we must start changing that.
