Man of Letters.
Man of Letters.@Letter_to_Jackยท
Incumbent President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, bows in respect as he greets former President Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR, moments after landing at the Gateway International Airport, Iperu, for the commissioning. This, despite a fierce political rivalry (political career ending tbh) between both men that has spanned over two decades. This is the essence of Yoruba culture. Ours is a deep, disciplined tradition of mutual respect, even in the face of conflict. Our forebears captured it perfectly: โ€œBรญ a bรก ล„ jร , bรญ ti kรก kรบ kแปฬ.โ€ We may disagree, we may contend, we may hold grudges but we do not descend into feral destruction and irreparable chaos to settle scores. We tried that centuries ago and realized it doesnโ€™t solve anything. People who donโ€™t understand this culture of respect often call it cowardice or being 2-faced. But we canโ€™t blame them. This level of composure in the midst of tension and chaos is not weakness. Itโ€™s calculated restraint learned over decades/centuries of behavioral refinement. Apparently, this is too sophisticated for our haters to understand. They are not equipped enough to get it.

The Nwosu-led executive committee was removed by the court back in 2022 long before Tinubu ever became President. Blaming APC or any external forces for the current crisis in ADC doesnโ€™t hold water. This is a problem of their own making. They set their own house on fire; now theyโ€™re dealing with the consequences. ADC, as it stands, is finished.

If Atiku, Aregbesola and El-Rufai already knew what was coming, yet still convinced Peter Obi, Kwankwaso and Gawuna to jump into the ADC sinking ship ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜… That would go down as the most diabolical political setup of the 4th Republic. This people children are still in APC๐Ÿฅฒ

OGUN STATE GOVERNOR has clearly shown how he's spending the gains from Subsidy Removal. He built an Airport and started State Owned Airlines for OGUN STATE..This has really turned OGUN STATE into a true GATEWAY for INVESTMENT. Now, what's your own Governor doing?

Seyi Tinubu and this City Boy Movement has made Peter Obi run mad big time. He can no longer hold himself from the pressure to even hide his bigotry against the South West, to foolishly come out to make a dangerous statement against NADECO that will hunt him for life. A man filled with bitterness and hatred against the success of Tinubu is no fit for Aso Rock. Like Obi Cubana has said, Igbos must never allow a man with envy and jealousy to control our political narrative in ร€lร Igbo. Peter has shown himself that he is another Nnamdi Kanu in waiting and we must do everything possible to cripple his wings here in Igboland, if not, Igbo presidency will remain a dream. History is not kind to men who allow personal resentment to override national reality. From the days when the South-West stood firm after June 12 and rebuilt their political relevance through NADECO, to how alliances were carefully negotiated into the Fourth Republic, power has always respected those who understand structure, not sentiment. What we are seeing today is a man reacting to a system he neither built nor understands, and instead of learning it, he chooses to fight it with anger. You cannot insult a legacy like NADECO, a movement that paid real prices to restore democracy, and expect to be taken seriously as a national leader. You cannot preach unity while constantly revealing deep-seated bias. And you certainly cannot position yourself for leadership while burning bridges with the very structures that determine national power. IGBOS, BE WISE!

Nigeria got its first proper fighter jets when Buhari became President under APC. Jonathan was sharing money meant to purchase weapons for these personnels to politicians through Dasuki because of reelection. Send them to war without weapons then go touch them in the hospital. E no go better for all of una wey wan rewrite history for us.

Where were you when Obj told the people who lost over 1000 persons to the January 27, 2002 Ikeja Bomb blast in Lagos: "I don't have to be here...", that:"if I go inside, and I go into your room what do I do". But you're here convulsing that PBAT only met victims at the airport.

Peter Obi just secured sympathy votes for Tinubu with that post. Many of us were already outraged by the incident in Jos. Whenever I feel like criticizing this government more strongly, Peter Obi reminds me that he could be even worse. I would rather stick with Tinubu than support someone who seems inconsistent and unclear in his stance. Obi will never be President of Nigeria.
