Heartsteel is bugged with Ornn upgrades! If Ornn upgrades an item that has HP it doesnt count towards the Item Health Passive of Heartsteel and he doesnt get a damage increase on the item which is really BAD. The damage does NOT increase at all and it doesnt work with any of the Ornn Upgrades in the game that upgrades health from the items. He also has a bug with Viego where the Upgrade dissapears after Upgrading him. Please fix these upgrades because it makes Ornn unplayable and he cant function as a Champion already in this meta because he gets countered by every top laner and having to deal with all these bugs is really frustrating. His E also has 2 bugs where it either doesnt knockup and does damage and he gets self-stunned or the dash DOESNT HAPPEN AT ALL. He also has a bug where if he casts E and instantly tries to build an item after the item doesnt get built and he wastes 4 seconds! Please fix these bugs to make the champion actually playable again.
