The Gauteng Health Department says it is owed R2.6 billion by patients. Chief Finance Director Siyabonga Jikwana says this is because they're treating patients in hospitals who lack identification, adding that this leaves the department with no "legal recourse" when seeking payments from those patients. What kills me is the fact that neither of them has any idea if their translations are correct. If it sounds right, then it’s right,and if it doesn’t, your face gets bashed with flour 😭 I love them so much. They are hilarious.

I just saw a Zulu couple on TikTok who are always playing the flour game. They say something in Zulu, then ask the other person to translate it into Sesotho. If they get it wrong, they get flour thrown on their face 😂😂😂
