从幕后到台前，这一步我们准备了很久。现场来了太多新老朋友，这次有5万人参会，人气远超预期，切身感受到了行业的热度🔥
这次活动，香港立法会议员吴杰庄先生、韩国国会议员代表闽炳德先生， 香港Web3标准化协会执行会长李鸣先生等政界代表都对AI和区块链的深度融合表现出高度关注。作为一支扎根香港和阿布扎比的团队，我们已与中东、香港及内地政府机构落地了多个AI智能体生态孵化方案。
▪️在成立MagnetX之前，核心团队在国内深耕了整整十年的AI人才开发者社区，所以太清楚AI开发者的痛点了：有技术、有产品，但没有商业模式，变现难、合规难、全球化更难。
过去半年AI x Web3还停留在叙事驱动阶段，尤其是以前受限于身份验证、银行账户等现实障碍，AI无法在传统金融体系内独立完成支付结算，而现在拐点到来，ERC-8004、8183，x402、A2A等协议的出现，标志着基础设施层可以真正落地，区块链成为了Agent之间进行支付、结算、协作的唯一可行路径。
于是团队决定，把十年的开发者资源和对AI的深度理解，与区块链底层能力结合起来，去做一件更底层的事：
✔️助力AI Agent实现全球化商业落地与资本化通道，为AI经济构建基础设施。
其实这次跑会明显感觉到行业正在脱虚向实，许多项目开始思考PMF、CAC、营收等极为现实的问题，对MagnetX而言，我们选择务实的先做现金流。
所以我们现场发布了三款产品：
1️⃣MagUp（GEO智能体）：大模型品牌营销工具，去年12月到现在已实现100万美元营收，能为各大交易所、公链、电商、游戏等客户在大语言模型搜索中获得高曝光。
2️⃣MagVerse：未来一定是超级个体的时代，ai让大部分人失业后会有更多的内容创作者涌现，@MagVerse_AI 是以区块链技术为底层的AI流量撮合平台，连接KOL和商家，可触达Twitter、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok四大平台，帮助品牌和企业精准触达Web3与Web2的KOL流量池，其中也有一些AI工具可以帮助KOL实现内容创作。
未来百万级创作者将依托区块链底层实现原生即时结算，这比传统Web2的内容变现路径更高效和真实。
3️⃣DeWorld：链上AI Agent交易市场，打通实现PMF的agents验证到代币化退出的全路径。
这三个环节打通了 "内容→流量→变现" 的价值流转闭环，也串联了人（ai人才社区）、货（agents）、场（agent交易市场）。

Delivered the keynote speech at the Web3 Festival in Hong Kong @festival_web3 to introduce MagnetX and share our story with the team @knowyourself518 MagnetX is an AI incubator headquartered in Hong Kong & UAE. We help AI developers and teams that have already found PMF to achieve global commercialization and capitalization using blockchain technology. We’ve already built and validated two products with real traction: • MagUp - GEO intelligent agent that drives brand exposure and marketing. • @MagVerse_AI - Demand and distribution engine for the AI Agent economy. AI is going to wipe out repetitive work and push societal productivity to levels we’ve never seen. People will finally be free to do what they truly love. That future means billions of personalized Agents serving billions of unique needs. MagnetX uses blockchain’s strengths to match every demand with the best Agent: handling discovery, settlement, commercialization, and capitalization end-to-end.
