Grateful to have competed in the CVC relays today. LJ 20ft Also contributed to my team in the 100m and 200m relays.

This past week and a half was my best throws so far in the season! I have some work to do but my spin and release is improving. Excited for what comes for the rest of the season!! @MercerHsTrack
